Menu Planner for Healthy School Meals
The Menu Planner is designed to educate school food service staff on the link between nutrition and health. This nutrition resource includes chapters on meeting dietary guidelines and nutrition goals, food-based menu planning and nutrient standards, nutrient analysis, and basic principles and processes of menu planning. The Menu Planner also includes information about how to promote the school meals programs.
