Assisted NuMenus Guidance: School Lunch and Breakfast Menus
This manual is designed to assist local school food authorities with menu planning. The manual provides two 5-week lunch cycle menus (Grades K-6 and Grades 7-12), as well as one 1-week breakfast cycle menu. It also includes standardized recipes, generic food product descriptions, food preparation methods and nutrient analysis.
